POSITION: Manager, SalonInteractive (Loyalty & CRM)

DEPARTMENT: Digital

REPORTS TO: Vice President, Loyalty

LOCATION: St. Petersburg, Florida

SUMMARY:

The SalonInteractive Manager will focus on all aspects of the day-to-day management of SalonInteractive from an internal Professional Products Division (PPD) perspective and will focus on the acceleration of the test and learns of CRM promotions with both PPD and Partner Brands via SalonInteractive and the POS companies. The goal for SalonInteractive is to drive the creation of ecommerce sites by salons, the uploading of contact lists to facilitate CRM campaigns and to measure the effectiveness of CRM campaigns to optimize the opportunity. In addition, the SI Manager will work with the VP and the IT Teams for SalonInteractive and SalonCentric to continue to improve the overall experience for both salons and guests to improve overall satisfaction and efficiencies. The Marketing Manager will be a key player in developing marketing strategies, new program enhancements and improving user experience. This position requires a strong balance of marketing planning and coordination, communication, analytics and creative problem-solving skills. It also requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create marketing calendar in partnership with SalonInteractive and SalonCentric Marketing, Digital and eCommerce teams so that guest facing campaigns reinforce timing of SC promotional campaigns

Drive test and learns of promotional marketing campaigns on SalonInteractive across both PPD and Partner Brands

Partner with Sales liaison for SalonInteractive to ensure all Field sales tools are available and optimized for sales associates

Review and conduct analytics on overall SalonInteractive CRM campaigns to help refine and execute future ones

Work with IT teams involved with technical enhancement projects to drive SalonInteractive sales growth and building of requirements for further growth across all program channels

Manage marketing calendars across program channels

Own marketing asset approvals through creation of briefs to Creative

Coordinate production of store signage and other materials printed for the programs in collaboration with the SC Store and Marketing teams

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Ability to synthesize raw data into meaningful reporting and insights.

Experience in participating with cross functional teams and with vendor partners is preferred.

Knowledge and experience in marketing programs including CRM, email, direct mail, and in-store marketing.

Highly analytical with proven ability to think strategically, solve problems creatively, and produce results in a fast-paced fluid environment.

Highly motivated team player with passion to be best in class credit card and loyalty programs.

Strong collaboration skills.

Ability to work with cross function teams to drive an execute of an initiative to meet set timelines.

Proactive, self-motivated results oriented go getter, driving projects to completion with a high sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to change. Attention to detail and organization with strong follow through; managing and influencing multiple priorities and projects.

Maintaining a positive attitude with the ability to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic fast-past environment.

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) a must.

Travel required as needed
