Manager, Simulation & Education

Position is grant funded, Full time for a period of 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Design, Develop, Implement new courses, Training, Competencies, education Programs, Scenarios, and simulation tools.
• Design & Implement evaluation tools and mechanisms to measure learning outcomes.
• Develop and keep current contemporary competency requirements for Clinical advancement
• Manage nurse residences and fellowships
• Manage Simulation Lab
• Budget for Simulation Lab

• Bachelors Degree, Master Preferred

• NYS RN License Preferred
• Staff Education Experience
• Adult Learning Theory Experience
• Simulation Experience
