Bachelor's degree with 12 years of relevant experience; Master's degree with 10 years of relevant experience; PhD with 8 years of relevant experience; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree Top Secret clearance required at the time of application, and the ability to obtain SCI prior to start Experience leading a team of software engineers in software development deliverables and processes Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management Experience performing as a CAM managing cost, schedule, and technical teams Mission 1 experience Experience on the program Experience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies Experience working with internal and external customers Software experience working in a C++/RHEL environment 5+ years of previous management experience as a Deputy APM, SPM, or Technical Lead Experience with Agile Management
