This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive training and development program for CMO Network Care Management associates that focuses on building the knowledge base and skills needed to reach optimal performance. The Manager of Education: CMO Dt in conjunction with departmental leadership, will identify training and development needs based on job descriptions and required competencies, create and update training materials utilizing e-learning software when appropriate.
Clinical licensure and NYS registration in one of the following registered professional nursing, social work, or allied health professions
Experience:
3-5 years in curriculum development in an academic setting and/or 3-5 years in staff development Experience in managed care, case management, utilization management or home care. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Power Point, Excel, and e-learning software. Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred Department:
