Manager, Supply Chain Management - Freight Flow Customer Service Manager (West)

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The Freight Flow Customer Service Manager is a

key role within our organization, responsible for leading a team and ensuring efficient operations for on time pickup and delivery, providing great customer service for our suppliers and our private fleet. This role requires a strong focus on improving service levels and working closely with suppliers and Walmart’s private fleet to optimize processes.
This exciting opportunity will require team leadership, freight flow management, customer service improvement, supplier collaboration, process optimization, performance monitoring and reporting. You and your team will work primarily with 3rd party suppliers, Walmart transportation home office, Walmart transportation local offices, along with Transportation Command Center leadership. This role is based in Bentonville, AR and is an in-office role. This role reports to the Senior Manager at the WTCC/Supplier Resolutions Team.

Proficient in Tableau and Power BI.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Conducting meetings with team members and providing feedback on performance.
Implementing training and development programs to enhance team members’ skills.
Meeting with 3rd party suppliers and all internal stakeholders to identify and discuss challenges and steps to improve.
*This role has working hours Tuesday-Saturday 7:00AM-4:00PM and is subject to change.
