Procurement Systems and Operations Manager
Essential Functions:
System Implementation
Lead
the planning, execution, and evaluation of system implementation projects within the
supply chain and procurement
domains. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
identify
business requirements and
translate
them into
system specifications . Ensure seamless
integration of new systems
with existing processes and technologies.
Process Improvement
Evaluate
current supply chain and procurement processes. Identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall effectiveness. Develop
and
implement
process enhancement initiatives to optimize workflows and streamline operations. Utilize
data-driven insights to
recommend
and
implement
improvements that align with organizational goals.
Information System Management
Oversee
the maintenance, upgrades, and optimization of information systems related to supply chain and procurement activities. Ensure
data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations. Provide
training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of information systems.
Continuous Monitoring and Reporting
Establish
key performance indicators ( KPIs ) to measure the success of system implementations and process improvements. Monitor and
analyze
data to generate regular reports, offering insights into the performance of supply chain and procurement systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in system implementation and process improvement within supply chain and procurement. Strong understanding of information system management principles and practices. SQL and report writing skills will be considered a plus Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools. Excellent project management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. PMP Certification is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and functions. Exhibit strong leadership qualities, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment. Embrace a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Benefits:
Pay

*Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
