Your responsibilities will include Support the development and implementation of Performance Management systems, directing engineering decisions for short/long-term objectives. Facilitate Daily Engineering debrief / performance review for critical areas Collaborate with Production, Continuous Improvement (WCM), and Automated System Technicians to ensure safe, optimal operation, continuously monitoring equipment performance via digital dashboards. Guide troubleshooting, designing, and redesigning complex automation systems. Support Work Instructions & Taskforce initiatives Bachelor's Degree 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment 4+ years of experience implementing continuous improvement, such as Kaizen or other similar continuous improvements 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering Robotic Systems & Automation Computer skills such as MS Office, Autocad, Oracle, and Google Leadership in more than one area of discipline Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and team-building skills Highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities.
