General Summary:
Oversee all aspects of the building operation on their shift. When problems arise, they are to analyze and correct the situation. Also, inform the General Manager if the problem and/or situation is critical, or if more information is needed. Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet guests (internal and external) with a smile.
- Greet guests with “Welcome to..” and thank them when they leave.
- Work Nights & Weekends.
- Building checks: trash, lights, parking lot & entryway
- Communication with other management via Manager book
- Know all gaming aspects of their job
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints
- Location employee relations
- Work with all employees on their job
- Daily Training
- Knowledge of cage procedures
- Safe counts
- Daily audits & reports
- Consistent coaching of employees
- Inventory: Retail, food & beverage
- Assist the General Manager as assigned
- Make sure the employee’s side work is completed prior to their end of shift
- Count out employees at the end of the shift
- Other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibility:
All employees of the location. The kitchen staff reports to the kitchen manager if on duty.
