We’re looking for a hands-on Manager of Recruiting to lead and execute talent acquisition across VetnCare. This is a player/coach style role—about 60% hands-on recruiting (split between para-professional roles like RVTs, VAs, and CSRs, and DVM roles) and 40% strategic oversight of our recruiting function and team.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both operational execution and strategic leadership. You’ll roll up your sleeves to source and hire great talent, while mentoring recruiters and partnering cross-functionally to scale hiring across our hospitals.
You’re a builder, a connector, and a doer. You know how to fill tough roles, partner with hiring managers, and lead teams—without losing your passion for recruiting yourself. You will need to have previous experience in the VetMed or human health industry across multi sites.
