Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Hire / Acquisition
- Collaborate with HR Integrations to incorporate learning & performance into due diligence
- Define initial learning journeys and performance templates by level and firm
- Support vendor contract reviews and content licensing alignment
- Day One Readiness
- Develop “Day One” orientation packets for new firms and employees
- Configure and test access to LCvista, Becker, LinkedIn Learning, and PerformYard
- Train new users and firm admins on key systems and expectations
- Partner with HRBP’s on the integration journey for performance & learning with new firms in their region
- Partner with LMS team members in setting up learning plans, jurisdictions, CPE
- Customized Learning Journeys
- Partner with learning to support tracks by level, service line, and location
- Ensure jurisdiction-based CPE requirements are configured correctly
- Monitor and resolve access, completion, and licensing issues
- Support CPA Self Study portal and participation documents/tracking
- Support cultural integration at every level (new hire to partner)
- Performance Enablement
- Set up PerformYard profiles, cycles, and goal templates
- Train firm admins and employees on performance workflows
- Customize goal-setting templates to reflect firm-specific KPIs and role requirements
- Feedback & Quality Assurance
- Design and distribute integration feedback surveys post-go-live for performance & learning
- Gather feedback from new firms on onboarding experience, LMS usability, and performance tools
- Recommend updates to goal-setting cycles, learning templates, and system configurations based on survey input and adoption metrics
- Communication & Change Management
- Maintain an up-to-date learning & performance intranet hub for new firm and employee resources
- Create and maintain template libraries (learning emails, manager checklists, goal-setting examples)
- Coordinate learning and performance rollout timelines with internal teams/HRBP’s
- Support Monthly communications to firms/HRBP team for Learning & Performance items
- Keep the Learning & performance team aligned on open tasks, upcoming items, and needs.
- Post-Integration Monitoring
- Audit data integration from UKG Pro to LCvista and PerformYard
- Track 30-, 60-, and 90-day adoption metrics
- Manage smooth transition to steady-state L&D and performance teams once integration stabilizes
- Uses data to identify trends, improvement areas, and gaps in onboarding experience, content, or communication.
- Designs/analyzes surveys to measure new hire and new firm learning experience effectiveness. Partner with Manager, L&D to determine next steps and needs.
Qualifications:
- Must-Have
- 5+ years in L&D, Performance Management, or onboarding/integration within professional services or multi-entity environments
- Hands-on experience with enterprise LMS and performance systems (e.g., LCvista, PerformYard)
- Experience with content tools like Articulate, Colossyan, etc.
- Track record of leading large-scale onboarding or M&A integrations from the talent side
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong project management experience and skills
- Preferred
- Familiarity with CPE accreditation and jurisdiction tracking for CPAs
- Working knowledge of UKG Pro data feeds
- Experience with LinkedIn Learning, Becker, or other enterprise content platforms
- Change or Project Management certification
- Experience in creating or customizing learning and performance survey tools
- Experience with Project Management tools like Monday.com
