Job Description
As the Manager, Talent Management at Libra Solutions based in Las Vegas, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing talent strategies across our dynamic organization. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing talent management programs that reinforce our commitment to a collaborative and innovative company culture. By partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our talent initiatives align with organizational goals and foster an environment where employees feel valued, empowered, and motivated to contribute their best. You will collaborate with the VP, Talent Acquisition & Development to execute the strategic vision for talent management and organizational development, oversee the execution of talent development programs, and coordinate cross-departmental projects. Your expertise in stakeholder engagement and facilitation will be essential to not only drive continuous improvement in employee engagement, performance, and development, but also to nurture and sustain a culture of growth and high performance throughout the company.
Success in this role requires strong project management, analytical, implementation, system thinking and communication skills. As well as a passion for empowering employees and supporting organizational excellence.
