Manager – Team of Sales Representatives 
Location: Sterling, VA 
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + up to 20% bonus potential
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid Work Schedule is Negotiable
Travel: Predominantly DMV area; limited overnight travel

Our client, a leading provider of office supplies and services, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead their high-performing sales team in Sterling, VA. Reporting to the CRO, this is a key leadership role focused on managing a team of 15 B2B sales and business development professionals, shaping long-term client partnerships, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven sales track record and experience overseeing sales teams, driving opportunities to grow sales. Manager – Team of Sales Representatives Responsibilities


•    Develop and execute sales tactics to meet and exceed revenue goals with CRO support
•    Manage, coach, and monitor the performance of a team of 15+ sales professionals
•    Build and maintain strategic client relationships 
•    Manage sales activities for a limited number of key accounts 
•    Work with CRO on sales budgets, forecasts, and growth initiatives
•    Leverage CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to optimize team performance and pipeline tracking
•    Responsible for sales team meeting budget and profitability goals 
•    Represent the company at 1-2 trade shows and industry conferences


Manager – Team of Sales Representatives Qualifications


•    2+ years of successful sales experience required 
•    2+ years of sales team leadership and development experience required
•    Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets required
•    Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Excel required
•    Strong communication, sales data/trend analysis and strategic planning required
