The Tampa Bay Rowdies are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Rowdies Ticket Sales Manager. This position will be maximizing Season Membership, Premium, and Group Sales, as well as being responsible for helping and training and developing the skill sets of the Membership Service Specialist and Sales Account Executives, while simultaneously managing the department's day-to-day activities and selling Rowdies Season, Group, and Premium tickets. This position interacts with many facets of the Rowdies organization including, but not limited to, ticket operations, season membership and group ticket sales, marketing, game operations, stadium operations, communications, and community engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and maintaining all clients' tickets and information through department ticketing system and database. Guide Rowdies Sales Executives with growing their Season Membership, Premium, Youth Soccer, and Group sales. Work with the analytics department to create and manage outbound campaigns for renewals with touchpoints for both tenured and rookie accounts. Collaborate with the Ticket Sales and Service leadership team to maximize cross-functional product performance and execute full-menu selling. Assist in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training Sales and Service Executives Monitor best practices in the areas of Sales and Service Conduct yourself in a way that demonstrates a strong commitment to team collaboration and success. Work and perform assigned event day and event night responsibilities, which will include weekends, nights, and holidays. Actively selling Rowdies Season, Group, and Premium tickets. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 3 years of extensive and proven sales and service experience with demonstrated success. Management experience is preferred. Ability to build relationships using strong interpersonal skills and effectively influence and communicate with all internal and external partners. Excellent knowledge of sales and service processes. Strong communication and organizational skills, professionalism, as well as attention to detail and time management. Ability to work well on a team and independently. Outgoing, creative, and enthusiastic. Work up to 16+ Saturday night matches during the regular season.
