Compensation/Benefits

Manager to drive our compensation and benefits initiatives; including health, wellness, engagement, pay and retirement programs to ensure attraction and retention of top talent.
In this exciting new role, you’ll:
Evaluate, compare, recommend and design CCMC compensation, benefits and recognition programs
Provide appropriate guidance and ensure legal compliance with all governmental regulations related to compensation, retirement and benefits programs
Lead the process for annual merit awards, performance bonuses and the creation of employee total rewards statements
Implement compliance controls for job descriptions, job classifications, FLSA status, etc.
Ensure effective handling of FMLA and leave of absence requests, disability claims and ADA considerations
Evaluate and manage relationships with benefit brokers and related vendors
Manage completion of 5500s, 401k non-discrimination testing and legislative requirements
Automate and optimize processes to improve our employee journey
Additional duties may be assigned as necessary
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, accounting or related field
Minimum of 7 years of total rewards experience including compensation and benefits
Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience
Strong HRIS experience is required (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
Experience with self-insured medical coverage highly preferred
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) preferred
Multi-state benefits and compensation experience highly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
Able to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive data at all times
