Manager Trainee

Budget of Utah is currently hiring for individuals to join our management team at our Salt Lake City International Airport location. As a manager in training You will develop the knowledge and master the skill needed to grow the business, develop your team and become a successful location manager. You will take part in a vigorous, pro-active leadership development program where you will learn the car rental industry while enhancing your management skills. You will receive on the job training in operations, customer service, sales, fleet management, team management and more.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting managers with the overall operation of rental locations.
• Promote and sell coverages and upgrades.
• Address customer inquiries.
• Assist with training, supervising, and motivating team members.
• Assist management in maintaining daily inventory.
• Prepare reports and document daily work activities.
• Oversee and ensure proper function of operation departments.
• Master and the knowledge and skills needed to ultimately run you own branch.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record in the last 3 years (with some exceptions).
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to evolving requirements (flexible work schedule availability).
• Must be at least 18+.
• Must have excellent customer service skills and longevity with previous work history.
• Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Sales experience is a plus.
