Supervise WREM/Workplace and Real Estate Management, office administration staff within a given geographic location. Establish guidelines and expectations and coordinate work loads. Execute office administration services to meet the needs of local staff. Manage any large/complex office construction projects. Supervise any office services outsourcing relationships.
