Manager/Assistant Manager for Marble Slab Creamery

We are seeking a Manager And Assistant Managers For Marble Slab Creamery to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

Well-established Ice Cream store is currently seeking full-time Manager/Assistant managers.

Salary depends on experience and responsibilities. Bonus possibilities are dependent based on business results and personal performance & work ethic.

Training will be provided
• Prepare basic components on our menu using our proven recipes. It includes ice cream, ice cream cakes etc.
• Maintaining clean and organized stores
• Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas, and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards
• Work with a team of employees to do portion prep work for other shifts
• Monitor inventory and to make sure it is available.
• Comfortable working with a team. Handling schedule for the employees.
• Food Handler or Managers certification a plus

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team of retail sales workers


• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency


• Train and evaluate employees


• Resolve escalated customer complaints


• Make Ice Cream, Decorate Cakes


• Pick-up supplies locally 2 times a week


• Keep track of orderable items

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment


• Excellent written and communication skills


• Strong leadership qualities


• Must have reliable transportation
