Primary Responsibilities:
- Division Leadership & Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations of the masonry division.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, safety protocols, and operational manuals.
- Collaborate with the GM to define and meet division budgets and goals.
- Oversee workflow and manage expenses to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Assess business climate, staffing, sales, backlog, and make recommendations to the GM.
- Team Management
- Lead hiring, training, development, and retention strategies for division staff.
- Supervise, evaluate, coach, and discipline employees in accordance with company policies.
- Create and manage a division-specific training system to educate team members on products, practices, and procedures.
- Provide direction for professional development and ongoing education.
- Fill in and assist in roles including sales, production, and office support when needed.
- Customer Experience & Service
- Support Customer Care Director with escalated complaints and warranty resolutions.
- Maintain customer-first culture by enforcing high standards of customer service.
- Establish operational procedures that support superior customer outcomes.
- Financial Oversight
- Work with the accounting department to monitor collections and enforce
- collection procedures.
- Prepare and manage division-specific budgets in collaboration with the GM.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Coordinate with other GMs to share resources and implement storm recovery plans.
- Communicate any changes in company policies or procedures to the team.
- Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and other business partners.
- Represent Bone Dry in community events and PR efforts as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with department leads daily to manage workflows.
- Supervise all masonry division personnel and ensure performance aligns with company standards.
- Monitor employee adherence to company policies and operational procedures.

Working Conditions:
- Combination of office and field environments.
- Position requires travel to job sites and evening/weekend availability.
- Must be able to use various ladder types and access roofs to complete inspection.
- Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs. and work in varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to access residential attics.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in construction, masonry, or related field, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of masonry construction methods and safety practices.
- Proven experience managing teams, budgets, and multiple operational functions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to read and interpret job specifications, contracts, and technical documentation.
- Proficient with office software and project management tools.
- Must pass a background check and hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

- $65,000 Base plus monthly KPI bonuses
