Managing Adjudicator (MA) - Top Secret Clearance - Springfield, VA

We are a dynamic, expanding company with exciting opportunities in language/culture, training/education/instruction, IT, cyber security, and intelligence (analysts, CI, HUMINT, SIGINT, etc.). Global Dimensions is seeking a Managing Adjudicator (MA) for a position in Springfield, Virginia.

Managing Adjudicator (MA):

• Oversees personnel security adjudication activities, ensures compliance with TSA/DHS guidance
• Manages Specialists and Assistants, reviews complex cases, provides QC
• Guides personnel in composing letters of adverse action (LOI, NOT, NOPA, NOD)

• Clearance: Top Secret, enrolled in CE program 

Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years adjudicating suitability/fitness & security background investigations (Tiers 1–5)
• 3+ years managing staff or contract personnel
• Drafting/reviewing letters of adverse action
• Completion of accredited Advanced Suitability Adjudication Course
• Proficient with Security Case Management Systems, NP2, CVS/PIPS, NBIS, eAPP, DISS/JVS, Microsoft Office
• Excellent written/verbal communication
