Job Description
Velo Law is a multi-state Creditors’ Rights/Collections law firm, headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to fill our in office Managing Attorney role. A successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of 10+ full time attorneys, and overseeing case strategies from intake to resolution. This role involves representing clients in various legal proceedings, enduring the highest level of client satisfaction, and implementing office policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight (8) years of legal experience and some management or operations experience.

- Adept in Microsoft Office, Windows, LexiNexis, and/or Westlaw
- Knowledge of management practices and procedures.

Education
- Possess a Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited school of law
- Be in good standing in the Michigan State Bar
