Our client, a leading player in the iGaming industry, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Managing Director to lead their operations in Malta. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic professional with a strong background in commercial leadership and team management within the iGaming sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the legal signatory and official representative for the Malta operations.
• Lead and manage the local team, ensuring alignment with group-wide strategies and goals.
• Drive commercial growth by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, including product, compliance, and marketing, to support business objectives.
• Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and partners.
• Monitor local market trends and provide strategic recommendations to the executive team.
• Ensure full compliance with Maltese laws and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the iGaming industry, preferably with a platform or game provider.
• Strong background in commercial leadership, business development, or sales.
