Define and execute go-to-market strategies for target industries. Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and market expansion. Leverage deep knowledge of Energy and Utilities to identify trends and create tailored value propositions. Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to design client-centric proposals. Lead RFP/RFQ responses and executive presentations for large transformation deals. Recruit, coach, and mentor high-performing sales teams. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 15+ years in IT consulting/managed services sales with proven success in go-to-market innovation and market growth. 10 years Energy/Utilities industry domain experience, including digital transformation, cloud, application modernization, and managed services delivery models. 8 years in sales leadership, navigating complex enterprise buying cycles, consultative selling, and managing portfolios exceeding $100M annually. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Ensure compliance with pricing, contracting, and risk management policies.
