Manchester House is seeking a compassionate and dependable Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional to support children and adolescents in a therapeutic residential setting. This role focuses on promoting growth, well-being, and autonomy while maintaining a safe, structured, and nurturing environment overnight.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, warm, and responsive environment through positive interaction and role modeling


• Support residents’ individualized treatment and behavior plans using a 5:1 positive reinforcement ratio


• Assist with de-escalation using CPI techniques and least restrictive interventions


• Maintain overnight routines, schedules, and planned activities


• Accurately complete all required documentation by end of shift


• Assist with resident care, housekeeping tasks, and transportation as assigned


• Collect data on resident strengths and needs using designated tools


• Participate as an active member of the treatment team, including meetings, trainings, and debriefings


• Support orientation of new residents and staff when assigned


• Follow all Manchester House and Pride, Inc. policies, including confidentiality, medication, and child safety

Schedule Requirements

• Awake overnight shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call as scheduled


• Reliable attendance required
