Responsibilities and Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Help run larger-scale private M&A deals involving the purchase and sale of companies
   
2. Conducting Private Equity transactions
   
3. Representing insurance companies
   
4. Leading Due Diligence efforts
   
5. Reviewing and Drafting ancillary agreements
   
6. Direct client communication
   

Qualifications and Skills
