Role Overview  

The General Affairs Manager ensures smooth operations at HQ and fulfillment sites by managing facilities, procurement, infrastructure, and employee welfare.

What You Will Do 

• Facility Management:Oversee office spaces, facilities, equipment, inventory control, and procurement.


• Employee Welfare:Optimize welfare programs, including benefits, allowances, meals, and shuttle services.


• Operational Efficiency:Enhance working environments and manage administrative duties.


• General Administration:Support events, manage communications, documents, budgets, and administrative costs.


• Safety and Compliance:Ensure safety checks and compliance with laws and regulations.


• Communication:Facilitate communication between HQ and fulfillment centers, ensuring clear policy dissemination and issue resolution.

Basic Qualifications

• Project Management: Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring general affairs projects.


• Employee Welfare:Optimize welfare programs, including benefits, allowances, meals, and shuttle services.


• Operational Efficiency:Enhance working environments and manage administrative duties.


• General Administration:Support events, manage communications, documents, budgets, and administrative costs.


• Safety and Compliance:Ensure safety checks and compliance with laws and regulations.


• Communication:Facilitate communication between HQ and fulfillment centers, ensuring clear policy dissemination and issue resolution.
