Job Summary:
JGA is seeking a highly experienced Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) Consultant for an onsite contract position in Dallas, TX. The consultant will serve as the lead subject matter expert on MAWM implementations and support, working with stakeholders across operations, IT, and project management.

Experience Requirements:

• 10 to 15 years of overall experience in warehouse management systems and supply chain technologies

• 5+ years of direct experience with Manhattan Associates platforms, with at least 3 years in Manhattan Active WM (MAWM)

• Proven success in implementation, configuration, and support of MAWM in complex warehouse environments

• Strong understanding of warehouse processes including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control

• Experience with cloud-native WMS platforms and REST APIs

• Familiarity with integration to ERP, TMS, LMS, and automation systems

• Proficiency in configuration tools such as MOCA, SCI, and MAWM App Studio is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary SME for Manhattan Active WM, leading functional and technical efforts across deployments and enhancements

• Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design workflows, and configure MAWM features

• Support testing, cutover planning, and hypercare during implementations

• Analyze system performance and support tuning, integration, and exception handling

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful end-to-end execution of warehouse operations

• Create and maintain documentation for system configuration, SOPs, and training materials

• Advise on best practices for continuous improvement and system scalability
