Job Overview
Were seeking a seasoned Manhattan Active SME to support strategic implementations and enhance supply chain operations. This long-term engagement provides an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise across WMS, TMS, and OMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementations of Manhattan Active (23 completed projects preferred)
• Configure Manhattan WMS/TMS/OMS solutions based on business requirements
• Document current and future-state processes and map them to system capabilities
• Collaborate in Agile environments to deliver solutions iteratively
• Support test planning, execution, and production stability

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 to 10 years of experience with Manhattan Associates products
• Minimum 2 years hands-on with Manhattan Active
• Deep functional knowledge of warehouse, transportation, and order management systems
• Agile project delivery experience including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Strong documentation and process translation capabilities
