Manpower, Personnel & Training Analyst, Sr (IV) (C) - PEO LS

Job Overview: 

The Manpower, Personnel & Training (MPT) Analyst, SR (IV) leads or conducts various analyses to include but not limited to job task, manpower workload, knowledge and skills assessment, instructional methods and media, learning, and training systems analyses.  Designs and develops training products and programs following Systems Approach to Training methodologies.   

Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review and provide comments and recommendations on Manpower, Personnel and Training (MPT) planning documentation (e.g., Policy, Process, Analysis Reports, Plans, and Manpower Estimate Reports). 
• Review and provide comments and recommendations on Training products (e.g. Tasks Lists, lesson plans, handouts, media, test packages, job aids). 
• Support PEO LS Senior MPT Specialist in related IPTs, working groups and meetings (e.g. Meeting coordination, materials, and minutes) as requested.   
• Review and provide comments and recommendations on program IPT documentation. 
• Conduct targeted MPT analysis or provide MPT support on related program analyses, development and use of MPT analysis tools, and provide draft reports as requested to support development of MPT planning documentation. .  
• Consolidate PEO MPT Bi-Weekly reports, build briefing materials and support execution of PEO LS MPT-related meetings and activities. 
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures preferably with Marine Corps manpower and training development policy and processes.    
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 
• Successful experience working in a team environment. 

Security Clearance:

• DoD SECRET Level Clearance Required

Travel Requirement: 

• Approximately 15%

Preferred Requirements/Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 15 years related experience.
