Manual Machinist - Fast Hire

Manual Machinist (Contract to hire or part-time)

Welding experience is helpful but not required

CNC experience is helpful but not required

Mostly Manual Lathe and Manual Bridgeport machine work

We are looking for a qualified candidate to join an innovative startup company. Most workdays can be remote but will want at least one day per week in the office.

Candidate must be:

Must be hardworking, self-motivated, and have a positive attitude.

Must be coachable (good attitude) and a quick learner.
Must be comfortable operating equipment and recording data
Must be detail-oriented and be able to multi-task

Need experience with Manual Lathe and Bridgeport machines

welding and plasma cutting experience a plus

Job duties consist of;
setting up equipment

Inspecting equipment

Making minor repairs

Running equipment

Recording data form equipment

Experience in one or more following areas beneficial but not required

Experience with metal equipment

Electrical experience

Experience with lab experiments

Oil and gas operational experience

Metal fabrication

Experience with writing lab reports
