We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Manual Machinist to join our swing shift team and take on large-scale, hands-on machining with pride and precision.

 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate large manual lathes, mills, drill presses, and other classic machining tools.
• Work on industrial components — big ones — from 36” swing and up.
• Machine parts to tight tolerances (±.001") in materials like steel, stainless, cast iron, and bronze.
• Interpret blueprints and verbal instructions to complete complex, custom jobs.
• Keep projects moving safely, skillfully, and on time.

 What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience with manual machine tools (large format a plus!).
• You know your way around lathes, mills, and drill presses without supervision.
• Familiarity with different metals and precision machining best practices.
• Clear communication and problem-solving mindset.
• Your own machinist hand tools.
• Willingness to work Swing Shift.

• Top Pay: Up to $42.75/hr. DOE + OT at time-and-a-half and double-time
