Job Title: Manual Radial Drill Operator
Pay: $24–$30/hour
Hours: Friday–Tuesday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Sand Springs, OK

We are currently hiring a skilled Manual Radial Drill Operator for a long-standing and trusted company that has been a leader in the shell and tube heat exchanger, pressure vessel, and heat transfer component industry for over 50 years. The Manual Radial Drill Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating radial drill equipment, reading blueprints, and performing layout and precision drilling tasks. This is a hands-on role requiring strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Job Duties:

• Set up and operate manual radial drills
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure work meets exact specifications
• Perform layout work based on print requirements
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators
• Remove slag and prep surfaces using grinders
• Safely operate overhead cranes to position and move heavy parts
• Occasionally operate forklifts for material handling

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of hands-on experience operating manual radial drills
• Ability to drill and tap a variety of hole sizes in different metals while maintaining tight tolerances
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Self-motivated and able to maintain productivity with minimal supervision
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to safety
• Strong team player who takes pride in their work
