Skills and Qualifications:

· Proven experience in manual testing with a focus on Salesforce Service Cloud or related CRM applications.

· Strong understanding of Service Cloud features like Case Management, Knowledge Base, Service Console, and Omni-Channel.

· Familiarity with Salesforce customization tools like Process Builder, Flows, and Validation Rules.

· Experience in defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).

· Basic knowledge of SOQL for data validation in Salesforce.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
