Roles and Responsibilities:

·         7+ years’ experienceconducting Quality Assurance testing required

·         Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Test Manager and Lab Manager required.

·         Independently manages all QA and testing activities as assigned for test planning and execution, addressing blocks or issues affecting progress, working all defects associated with application under test to closure.

·         Hands on experience working with Project or Business Teams to review business requirements and use cases, providing feedback to improve product completeness, quality and testability

·         Experience working in a Test-Driven Development environment, reviewing unit tests (created by developers) and gauging overall quality and code coverage

·         Understands automated build processes/practices and code management techniques

·         Experience working in Agile pods or Scrum teams, within the confines of iteration based ALM and SDLC practices, as well as deep experience in all facets of Agile development.

·         Security and/or penetration testing

·         Usability testing and or heuristic inspections
