The Role

As a Manufacturing Team Member, you’ll operate machinery, move materials, and build components that fuel the post-frame building industry. You’ll also be part of a morning huddle where we align on the day’s goals — because at Western, every shift starts with purpose.

This is a mid-level position ideal for someone who wants to work hard, build their skills, and be part of a team that has each other’s backs.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and maintain production equipment and tools


• Perform inspections to ensure product quality


• Follow SOPs and identify workflow improvements


• Uphold all safety protocols and practices


• Support your crew — help where help is needed


• Accurately log production, maintenance, and quality issues

What You Bring

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production (preferred)


• Comfort using hand tools, power tools, or machinery


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow direction


• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied temperatures


• A team-first mindset and desire to grow
