Job Title: Manufacturing Team Administrator Department: TP)Manufacturing Team Shift: Core business hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Direct Report: Manufacturing Team Manager
We are looking for an experienced Administrator who will help with organization of department activities on a daily basis, supporting managers and ensuring our office procedures run smoothly. Your duties will include managing office equipment, booking meetings and events, distributing mail, budget administration, ordering office supplies and materials, and effective communication with all teams.
You should be highly organized, able to multitask with ease and have experience as an Office Administrator, Secretary or relevant administrative role. You should also be familiar with office software (e.g. MS Office), including word processors, spreadsheets and presentations.
Perform all work safely and according to company standards
Work well with others within the team and throughout the organizations
Regular attendance is an essential function of the position
Provide excellent customer service and professionalism with all communication
Schedule and arrange for monthly team activities
Prepare reports for upper management
Order/Purchase office supplies and materials
Monitor and maintain departmental budgets
Use SAP to record and track invoices for the department
Communicate with all teams and departments. Relay information as required
Maintain electronic documents. File hard copy documents
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Education:
(Required) High school diploma or general education equivalent
(Preferred) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience:
(Preferred) 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an office setting
(Preferred) Previous experience in the manufacturing industry
Physical Demands:
Must be able to frequently move about the manufacturing plant campus, general office environments, production areas, and occasionally ascend/descend stairs
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery
Must be able to position self to file documents including the top and bottom drawers of file cabinets
Must be able to occasionally move office equipment and supplies weighing up to 25 pounds
