We have a great opportunity to join a well-known medical device company as a manufacturing administrator. In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative, operational, logistical, and secretarial support to the manufacturing management.
Responsibilities:
Comply with current good manufacturing practices
Manage all document issuance performing verification of document review with employees
Coordinate updates on assessments, revisions and creations with document control and management
Research purchasing needs for manufacturing department
Prepare and maintain inventory
Conduct weekly audit of clean room supplies
Perform various clerical duties as required
Prepare machine schedule with direction of supervisor
Assist with all employee training needs including new employee orientation
Coordinate employee gatherings at the direction of the manager
Provide everyday coverage for the front desk at lunch time and during times of absence
Qualifications:
High school diploma
3 years of experience in a production environment
Detailed oriented, rigorous, analytical
Can work independently with little supervision
Self-motivated
Strong MS Office and SAP skills
Good written communication skills
