STAFF UP is looking for a manufacturing assembler with experience in mechanical and electrical assembly.
Location: Arlington, TX 76011
Pay: $19.00/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday 5am or 6am start and ends at 3pm -4pm, must be flexible to work up to 1o hour shifts.

The job is to Assemble mechanical parts, pieces or products using a variety of tools and equipment on a production line.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products
• Use handheld tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, wire cutters and drills
• Perform soldering in a subassembly operation
• Maintain inventory of product in workstations
• Perform quality work checks to assure the product meets
• Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified
• Rework and/or repair according to engineering specification changes
• Contributes to team effort completing assigned tasks and seeking out new tasks to advance the team’s goals
• Able to work in lean, production environment completing tasks on time
• Communicates effectively with others and can function and get along in a team
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years mechanical assembly experience may be required
• Basic reading skills. Must be able to follow directions
• Basic computer navigation and utilization skills
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
• High attention to detail and self-motivation skills
