Manufacturing Assembly Technician

Description

• Starting Pay: $20.00-22.00 per hour (based on skills & experience) 
• Shift details: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Core Hours)
• 4 x 10 Schedule (Monday – Thursday) 
• OT as needed on Friday 

• Paid Time Off: 128 hours (prorated from start date)

• Build standard and custom fireplace products using various pieces of hand tools and equipment
• Operate a mechanical hoist, forklift, pallet jacks, and pneumatic tools when necessary
• Ensure product and process meet Quality, Delivery, Cost and Safety expectations
• Work as a team to ensure schedule is met daily
• Work with others and occasionally help provide supportive training when needed
• A hard working, positive attitude and accountable personality 

• Lift up to 50 lbs.  
• Ability to be on feet for extended periods of time 
• Working with hands & finger dexterity 
• Wearing proper PPE & practicing safe work habits  
• Willing & able to be cross trained & multitask
