Manufacturing Assembly Technician/Operator- First Shift [RES 1st]

Flexible Schedule – Work 8 or 10 hour days! Start between 5:00 am and 6:00 am

Earn $19.70/hr in our climate-controlled factory in Waunakee, WI

As a Residential Technician, you'll play a key role in assembling residential Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) units and accessories that promote healthier indoor air while saving energy. Your work directly supports our mission to improve both people’s lives and the planet.

Each day offers variety and a sense of accomplishment as you assemble complete units with your team. You’ll work from schematics, use power and hand tools, follow safety and quality standards, and help drive continuous improvement.

Hours: Four 10-hour days (Mon–Thurs) or five 8-hour days (Mon–Fri)

Requirements

Qualified applicants will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent  
• 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing, assembly, or fabrication experience  
• Basic math skills, including measurements in inches and feet  
• Comfort with power and hand tools (drill, rivet gun, wrenches, etc.)  
• Basic computer proficiency  
• Ability to frequently lift  up to 50 lbs  
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills  
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
