Manufacturing Assembly Technician/Operator- Weekend [RES-Weekend]

As a Residential Technician, you'll play a key role in assembling residential Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) units and accessories that promote healthier indoor air while saving energy. Your work directly supports our mission to improve both people’s lives and the planet.

Wage: $19.70/hour plus overtime 

Schedule:  Friday-Sunday 12 hour shifts- Work 36 hours but paid for 40!!

• Build Residential ERV ventilation units and accessories from the ground up

Requirements

Qualified applicants will have:

• A love to build with your hands
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing, assembly, or fabrication experience
• Basic math skills, including measurements in inches and feet
• Comfort with power and hand tools (drill, rivet gun, wrenches, etc.)
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to frequently lift up to 30 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
