Shift Options & Pay

1st Shift (4-Day Workweek)
Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime possible on Fridays
Pay: $20.15/hour

Open Positions:

• Foam Cell Operator (foam production)


• Final Assembler

Weekend Shift (3-Day Workweek)
Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $21.15–$21.40/hour (depending on position)

Open Positions:

• Final Assembler


• Material Handler

What You’ll Do

(Varies by position)

• Assemble products using hand and power tools


• Operate air and battery-powered equipment


• Trim, clean, and prepare foam and molded parts


• Package completed products for shipment


• Follow work instructions and safety guidelines


• Maintain a clean and organized workspace


• Meet daily production and quality goals

What We’re Looking For

• 18 years or older


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Authorized to work in the U.S.


• Ability to stand for 10–12 hours and lift 25–50 lbs


• Ability to safely use hand and power tools


• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic


• Positive attitude and teamwork skills


• Willingness to be flexible in work assignments


• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (including THC)
