Join Voith’s world-class team and enjoy a schedule that works for you: 3-2-2 rotation, 12-hour shifts. 

About the Schedule: 3-2-2 Rotation - 6:00 pm – 6:00 am

• Work 3 days, off 2, work 2 — then flip the pattern the next week.


• Enjoy every other weekend off and a predictable rhythm that supports work-life balance.
