Manufacturing Associate (6am-2pm PT)

Our Solution:
Developers and owners no longer need to run building wiring or install in-unit hardware. Property managers can grant building access, revoke permissions, and review entry logs from an online dashboard. Residents can open doors from their smartphones, issue visitor access, and see who is trying to enter the building.

Responsibilities:

• Shipping and receiving of all products in our warehouse
• Inventory management and control, including organizing and relocating inventory, counting inventory, and labeling inventory
• Electro/Mechanical final assembly and record keeping of multiple products
• Final burn in process and record keeping for multiple products, including access controllers, cameras and gateways, and others
• Configuring controllers with building numbers and information prior to shipping
• Logging and processing all customer returns, both new and for repair
• Physically moving and organizing returned hardware
• Moving and organizing, both physically and in computer systems, returned hardware through the repair process (preparation for analysis/repair station, return to refurbished stock for repaired items)
• Performing physical inspection of all returned hardware and documenting results
• Assisting with other warehouse operations when needed

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior experience in a fulfillment role is strongly preferred. We are willing to train the right person as well! 
• Ability to work a 6am-2pm PST schedule (40 hours/week) 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Experience using hand tools
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Experience with basic computer programs
• Record keeping skills
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
