Manufacturing Controller - Fort Worth - Rewarding Work

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Controller to oversee the financial operations within our clients manufacturing division in Fort Worth. The Manufacturing Controller will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to support the manufacturing processes effectively.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures for the manufacturing department.
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports regarding manufacturing costs, variances, and profitability.
3. Monitor inventory levels and analyze inventory valuation.
4. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to analyze production costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.
5. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
6. Provide financial guidance to support strategic decision-making in the manufacturing department.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
3. In-depth knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices.
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Proficient in financial software and MS Excel.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
