Manufacturing Customer Service

Now hiring a Customer Service Representative in Jefferson for a family-owned company! As of this year, they are celebrating their first 30 years of success. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Pay: $17.00/hour - will pay more based on experience. But no experience is required!

Work includes:

• Enter orders from previous day sales
• Call customers to verify jobs and details
• Enter measure information to create quote
• Answer general customer questions

Qualifications:

• MS office suite experience
• ERP software experience is preferred
