Manufacturing Documentation Specialist

$50,000–$72,000/year | Monday–Thursday 6:30 AM–4:15 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

We’re looking for a detail-oriented manufacturing documentation professional with electronics/EMS experience to keep product documentation, BOMs, drawings, and engineering changes accurate and production-ready.

What You'll Do

• Manage BOMs, assembly drawings, Gerber files, work instructions, and other manufacturing documentation
• Coordinate engineering and document changes
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Program Management
• Maintain revision-controlled product data and support audits
• Help ensure documentation meets IPC, ISO, RoHS, and customer requirements

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of manufacturing documentation/product data experience preferred
• Electronics/EMS manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Experience with BOMs, CAD files, and engineering changes
• Familiarity with ERP systems, AutoCAD, and Excel
• Aegis FactoryLogix or SAP Business One experience is a plus
• Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
