Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the electrical aspects of our manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety throughout the production lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement electrical systems for manufacturing processes, including control systems, power distribution, and automation.

2. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within electrical systems, employing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

3. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and machinery, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and minimizing disruptions to production schedules.

4. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the reliability and consistency of electrical components and systems, conducting tests and inspections to validate performance and compliance with specifications.

5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of electrical designs, modifications, and maintenance activities, generating reports and providing regular updates to management on project status and performance metrics.

6. Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to manufacturing personnel on the operation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

7. Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations governing electrical engineering practices in manufacturing environments, ensuring compliance and adherence to all applicable requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process optimization and equipment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and automation technologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design and layout.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
