What You'll Do As a Manufacturing Engineer:

• Design & develop custom welding fixtures and tooling to support efficient production.
• Create detailed CAD drawings and specifications for fixture builds.
• Build & assemble welding fixtures using appropriate materials and components.
• Troubleshoot & repair welding fixtures and equipment to maintain performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes.
• Test & validate new fixture designs to ensure quality and fit.
• Maintain accurate documentation of designs, builds, and modifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards in all design and build activities.
• Work full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (50 hours/week).

Our Ideal Manufacturing Engineer:

• Experienced: Has 2-5+ years of experience designing and building fixtures and equipment. Previous welding experience (hand or robotic) is required. Proficient in CAD software such as Fusion or SolidWorks.
• Collaborative: Works well with engineering and production teams to solve problems and improve processes.
• Detail-Oriented: Pays attention to small details that impact performance, safety, and long-term function.
• Quality-Driven: Takes pride in creating accurate, reliable tools that meet high standards.
• Communicative: Shares ideas, listens to feedback, and contributes to a team-focused environment.
• Problem-Solver: Brings strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset to resolving design and equipment issues.
• Active: Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in physically active conditions—standing, bending, kneeling.
• Must have a welding helmet.
