    • Coordinate with vendors and contract manufacturers to ensure consistent production quality.

Quality & Compliance

    • Implement and maintain quality systems (e.g., SPC, Six Sigma, ISO standards).
    • Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) for manufacturing defects.
    • Ensure workplace safety and compliance with applicable standards and regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO, RoHS).

Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role in a hardware or industrial setting.
    • Proficiency with CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred), and experience with ERP/MRP systems.
    • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
