Manufacturing Engineer
Join Millennium Print Group as a Manufacturing Engineer!
We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll support production operations, drive continuous improvement, and partner cross-functionally to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Location: Durham, NC
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary + bonus eligibility + full benefits package
What You’ll Do
Analyze, design, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and throughput
Support daily production operations and troubleshoot process issues
Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Operational Excellence tools
Monitor KPIs and lead corrective actions to completion
Support equipment validation, process qualification, and manufacturing layout improvements
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and CI methodologies
Strong problem-solving, communication, and project leadership skills
AutoCAD experience preferred
Experience in a 24/7 manufacturing environment is a plus
